These terms and conditions are governed by The Indain tiffin service in order to convey very important information to our every customers.

REFUND POLICY

• All trial, weekly, and monthly subscriptions are non-refundable under all circumstances.

• We partner with trusted vendors and ensure every meal is freshly prepared using high-quality ingredients. Refunds cannot be issued for meals that customers do not prefer due to personal taste.

• We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery has been completed. If proof of delivery is provided, we are unable to offer compensation, refunds, or replacements.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICIES

  • All communication must be done via email at order@theindiantiffin.com.
  • We cannot make any changes to delivery of same-day orders.
  • You may request to hold tiffin delivery with at least 2-3 working days notice.
